User Data Deletion

Sentova (operated by Musaic) guarantees, in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy, that users can request deletion of their data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and how it is processed.
What we delete
- IGSID and Instagram username
- DM message content and pre-qualification answers
- booking data (time slots, scheduling platform identifiers, status)
- related service logs
How to request
- Email us with the subject line "[Data Deletion Request]".
- Include the following:
- your Instagram username
- the connected trainer's account email if known
- the reason (optional)
- We reply within 7 business days, and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Notes
- You can also remove the app under Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites. Doing so does not erase server-side data; a separate deletion request is still required for permanent deletion.
- Information subject to statutory retention (e.g., transaction records) is kept separately only for the legally required period.
