This policy explains how Musaic (뮤자이크), the operator of Sentova, handles your information.
1. Information we collect
Before you use the Service, we collect the email address and details you submit to join the waitlist or start a founding membership. When you use the Service, we process the contract documents and details you forward (parties, deadlines, contact information) and the follow-up messages sent and received on your behalf.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the Service — extracting deadlines, following up with the parties you approve, sending you digests, and processing payments — and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your information.
3. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service: Paddle (payments, as Merchant of Record), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and hosting of your data), and — when the chasing service is active — SMS and messaging providers used to deliver follow-ups. These providers are bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
4. Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You may ask us to delete your data, subject to those obligations.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time (SMS follow-ups honor STOP/opt-out). To exercise any of these rights, contact us.
