Privacy Policy

Musaic (the "Company," product name Sentova) provides a SaaS that turns Instagram DM inquiries into confirmed bookings. This policy explains how the Service collects, uses, stores, and deletes personal information of trainers (our customers) and their end users (DM senders).
1. Information We Collect
- Trainer accounts: name, email address (Google sign-in), Instagram account identifiers, Instagram access token (stored encrypted), scheduling platform API key such as Cal.com (stored encrypted)
- End users (DM senders): IGSID, Instagram username, DM message content, pre-qualification answers (goal, experience, injuries, time preference, etc.), email address provided for booking confirmation
- Bookings: selected time slot, scheduling platform identifiers, booking status (inquiry / booked / completed / cancelled)
- Usage records: access logs, error logs, processing timestamps
2. How We Use Information
- sending automated Instagram DM replies and question flows
- real-time slot lookup and booking creation via scheduling platform APIs
- customer list (CRM) and status management
- AI-powered FAQ replies (Anthropic Claude API)
- service operations, incident response, and statistics
3. Retention and Deletion
When a trainer terminates the Service or we receive a deletion request, all related IGSIDs, DM messages, and booking data are permanently deleted within 30 days. Information subject to statutory retention (e.g., transaction records) is stored separately only for the legally required period.
4. Third Parties and Processors
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Instagram Graph / Messaging API (DM send/receive, comment triggers)
- Cal.com / Acuity Scheduling / Square — scheduling slot lookup and booking creation
- Anthropic, PBC — Claude API (FAQ auto-replies, intent classification)
- Supabase, Inc. / Vercel, Inc. / Upstash, Inc. — database, hosting, queue infrastructure
- Paddle.com Market Ltd. — subscription payments (Merchant of Record)
Access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal information at any time. See the Data Deletion page for how to submit a request.
