Refund Policy

Sentova has two kinds of charges — a one-time founding membership and a per-closing fee. This page explains exactly when each is refundable.
1. Founding membership ($49)
Your $49 founding membership locks a lifetime rate of $49 per closing and becomes credit toward your first closing. It is fully refundable at any time before you use the service — that is, before you register your first deal for chasing. Request a refund and we return the full $49, no questions asked and no fee.
Once you register your first deal, the $49 is applied as credit against that closing and is no longer refundable as a membership fee — but the per-closing terms below still apply to that deal.
2. Per-closing fee ($99, or $49 for founding members)
You are charged the per-closing fee only when a deal actually closes. If a deal falls through — for any reason — you pay $0 for it. There is nothing to refund because nothing is charged unless and until the deal closes.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@sentova.app from the address associated with your membership. Eligible founding-membership refunds are processed to your original payment method.
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes charges and refunds on our behalf; refunds are returned to the original payment method and timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
