Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sentova (the "Service"), operated by Musaic (the "Company"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Sentova is an automation SaaS that turns Instagram DM inquiries into bookings. It includes comment-triggered automated DMs, pre-qualification question flows, real-time slot lookup and booking creation via external scheduling platforms (Cal.com / Acuity / Square), AI-powered FAQ replies, and a lightweight CRM.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must hold an Instagram Business or Creator account with a connected Facebook Page.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.
- The Company may restrict or suspend access without prior notice in cases of Meta platform policy violations, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
3. Your Obligations
- You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the legality of messages and content sent through the Service.
- Spam, fraud, illegal content, impersonation, and unauthorized automation are prohibited.
4. Payments and Refunds
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, which handles VAT and other applicable taxes. Payments between end users (DM senders) and trainers for sessions are handled through external scheduling platforms or in person; the Company is not a party to those transactions. Refunds follow the terms stated at Paddle checkout.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure including Meta (Instagram Graph API), Cal.com / Acuity / Square, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, Upstash, and Paddle. Outages or policy changes in those services may be outside the Company's control, and the Company is not directly liable for their effects.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service and its software, design, and logos belong to the Company. Content you enter into the Service (templates, pricing, etc.) remains yours; the Company processes it only as needed to operate the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS." The Company is not liable for:
- DM delivery failures caused by Meta API rate limits, policy changes, or account restrictions;
- changes in slot availability or cancellations on external scheduling platforms;
- the accuracy of AI-generated replies — you are responsible for reviewing automated responses.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Company may amend these Terms with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
