1. Who we are
"Sentova" is a service operated by Musaic (뮤자이크), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 456-09-02882), represented by DONGGEON LEE.
These Terms govern your use of Sentova(the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Sentova is a communication tool. When you forward an executed real-estate contract, it extracts the parties and deadlines and, after you approve the plan, follows up with those parties by email and SMS to keep the transaction moving toward closing.
3. What the Service is not
Sentova is not a brokerage, is not a licensed transaction coordinator, and does not provide legal, financial, or real-estate advice. It acts only on your instructions and sends messages using templates you review. You remain responsible for your transactions and for compliance with the laws and professional obligations that apply to you.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you forward and for reviewing and approving the extracted parties, deadlines, and follow-up plan before any message is sent. You confirm you are authorized to contact the parties involved and that your use complies with applicable communications laws (including consent, quiet-hours, and opt-out requirements).
5. Fees and payments
Fees, the founding membership, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy. In short: the per-closing fee is charged only when a deal closes ($0 if it falls through), and the founding membership is refundable before you use the Service. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, or in any way that violates the rights of third parties or applicable law. We may suspend the Service for misuse.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any deadline will be met or that any deal will close. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
